In the general dentistry clinics, treatment is provided by Kornberg dental students who are closely supervised by licensed faculty.

Adult Clinic

Adult Clinic patients must be 16 years of age or older. To schedule a new patient appointment, contact the phone number below. Walk-ins are also welcome.

When you arrive at Kornberg School of Dentistry, please have the following materials with you.

  • Any recent X-rays taken of your mouth.
  • Complete list of the names and dosages of your current medications.
  • Photo ID and insurance cards.

For safety reasons, only patients receiving dental care are allowed in treatment areas. Kornberg Dental is not able to provide child care, and children may not accompany patients in treatment areas.

Children’s Dental Clinic 

Temple University’s Natasha Stavisky Children’s Dental Clinic is located on the first floor of the dental school. Children’s Dental Clinic patients must be 16 years of age or younger and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Services include

  • cleanings and fluoride, 
  • early infant care,
  • emergency care,
  • general dental procedures, and
  • sedation (laughing gas and general anesthesia), among others.

Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Clinic

In this clinic, resident-dentists provide advanced dental care for patients. They are supervised by faculty members who have formal postgraduate training in general dentistry as well as specialty care. This clinic accepts patients referred from inside the dental school, from practicing dentists outside the dental school, as well as directly by request of patients. This clinic provides all aspects of dental care including implants, complex partial and full dentures, crowns, bridges, and other restorative care.
