100 percent of the Class of 2017 joined the American Dental Association (ADA) on the organization’s national signing day held at Temple Dental on Thursday, March 23. New graduates receive free memberships and can take advantage of all the benefits ADA offers.
White Coat Ceremony was held on May 5, 2017 to honor the Class of 2019. This moving and significant event is one of the most important milestones in a dental student’s life, welcoming the newest clinicians to practical study. The annual Haiti Outreach sent four attending dentists and ten dental students to Haiti for one week to provide dental care to underserved children. On average, our dentists and students treat about 1,000 people throughout the week, traveling to 10 different villages and treating as many people as possible each day. 04/17/2017 Professor Roy Stevens, Department of Endodontology, is one of several Temple scientists working with Janseen Pharmaceuticals to bring treatments to the market faster.
