The Office of Development and Alumni Affairs sponsors events throughout the year for alumni to reconnect with the Kornberg community. Join us for an Alumni Association meeting, a reception at a meeting or conference, Legacy Day, alumni-sponsored Temple University sporting events, or our annual reunion. For more information or to join our mailing list, email email@example.com.
Given the potential risks posed by COVID-19 when crowds gather in close proximity, we will not be hosting in-person events for the foreseeable future.
Building the Future Together: A Conversation About Race in Dentistry
Join me and a panel of distinguished Temple Dental Alumni for a series of conversations about how we can improve the Temple Dental experience for Black American students and alumni. Rather than focusing on stories of the past, I would like to hear your ideas for what we can do today and in the future to promote an inclusive experience for all members of the Temple Dental family. Please register here for “Building the Future Together: A Conversation About Race in Dentistry,” and submit your ideas, questions, and concerns.
The Dean’s Town Hall
Join this virtual series to hear from Dean Amid Ismail about various topics including the new patient experience in a covid world, the aerosol experiment conducted at the school of dentistry, and many more.
It’s important to keep up with modern dentistry and conferences are a great way to do so. Take a break from your CE’s and join us for a cocktail reception hosted by your department chair or the Dean. Reconnect with your school and network with fellow alumni in your specialty.
Legacy Day: Admissions 101
For Legacy Day, we invite alumni to bring their prospective dental student back to their alma mater. Attendees can learn about the dental admissions process from admissions officers, tour the School of Dentistry’s classrooms and clinics, and meet current dental students. High school and university students are welcome.
Alumni Association Meetings
Join us for our next Alumni Association Meeting on Monday, September 14, 2020. All alumni interested in reconnecting with the school are invited to join via Zoom video conferencing.
Calling all alumni celebrating an anniversary year – it’s time to celebrate you! Whether you graduated 5 years ago or 50, so much has changed at your alma mater. Revisit the City of Brotherly Love and reconnect with the classmates who graduated by your side.
