Dr. Maryam Khalili is a Board-Certified Prosthodontist and Clinical Associate Professor at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she has been a faculty member since 2019. She currently serves as the Preclinical Course Director in Prosthodontics.
Dr. Khalili completed her DDS with honors from Ajman University, UAE, in 2009, followed by a Prosthodontics residency and a Master of Dental Science at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2018.
Dr. Khalili’s research focuses on improving clinical outcomes in dental implantology, with a particular interest in screw-retained implant prosthetics. Her work has been published in prominent journals, including the International Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Implants. Her teaching and clinical expertise include comprehensive treatment planning, interdisciplinary approaches to restorative dentistry, and digital workflows for full arch implant prostheses.
In recognition of her dedication and contributions to the faculty, Dr. Khalili received an acknowledgment from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry. Beyond her academic and clinical roles, she is actively involved in professional service, contributing as a reviewer for several journals and participating in various committees at Temple University. She is also recognized for her volunteer work, including providing dental care to underserved populations.
