Rules of Attendance

  • Complete a registration form either online or fax/email to the office.  You will receve a phone call to make payment over the phone.
  • You will be sent a confirmation letter with th ezoom register link and lecture information. 
  • Use your own device to view the lecture. 
  • If need be, a background is acceptable, but we will do environment checks throughout the course to help verify attendance.
  • You can communicate with me via the private Zoom chat throughout the day. 
  • Complete and return the course evaluation form at the end of the course.
