The new Community Dental Clinic at Kornberg School of Dentistry provides increased access to oral healthcare for diverse communities surrounding Temple University. The clinic will serve as a model for the practice of dental care in urban areas. While it is a part of the dental school, it operates separately as a community dental clinic.
The Community Clinic provides a wide range of dental services for patients of all ages, including routine care, prevention and hygiene care, treatment for dental caries, endodontics (root canal treatments), crowns, bridges, implant restorations and emergency treatments. It is staffed by clinicians who are faculty members at the School, putting their experience and knowledge at your service, so you can expect to receive efficient, high quality dental care. In addition, the resources of the Temple specialty clinics are available when referrals are needed.

Our fees that are highly competitive and we accept most dental insurance plans.

All prospective patients are welcome, including employees and students of Temple University.

Specialists

The Community Clinic includes specialists in such disciplines as endodontics (root canal), periodontics (gum care), bridges, implant restorations and dentures . Other advanced specialty services can be arranged with experts within the school.

Office Hours

The office is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Dental emergencies can usually be accommodated between 8:30 and 3:30 on the same day or the next business day.

Hygiene

We also have a registered dental hygienist on staff to provide regular ongoing dental cleanings and scalings as needed.

Temple University Family

Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry extends an invitation to the Temple Community of faculty, staff and students to receive their dental care at our Community Clinic. Our goal is to provide fast, efficient care in a friendly and convenient environment. We participate with the Temple's Aetna Dental Plan to minimize out of pocket fees.

Our newly renovated facility boasts brand new state of the art dental equipment including electronic health records and digital radiographs.
